I am passionate about complex financial operations, strategic analysis, and project management, with solid experience gained within major international companies such as J.P. Morgan and Rothschild & Co. My goal is to support organizations in their ambitious projects, combining strategic vision with precise execution.

At J.P. Morgan, as an Analyst then Associate in the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team, I evolved within the demanding environment of mergers and acquisitions, where I contributed to large-scale strategic projects. My role involved preparing pitch books and marketing documentation (Teaser, Information Memorandum, Management Presentation), detailed financial analyses such as DCF, LBO, and comparable valuations, as well as managing processes from A to Z by coordinating various stakeholders and organizing key tasks. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, I developed in-depth expertise in financial valuation and complex transaction management. These assignments allowed me to strengthen my ability to provide strategic insights and work effectively under tight deadlines.

As Co-founder of Apvizor, an online coaching startup, I led the development of a platform connecting high school students with university mentors. I built a team in 10 major British universities, recruiting over 50 students, and ensured the success of this entrepreneurial project by integrating leadership, team management, and innovation.

My ambition is to continue leveraging my analytical skills, financial experience, and entrepreneurial spirit to serve organizations that wish to successfully carry out complex projects and achieve their strategic objectives.
