Many training programs don't really work.

We spend time, energy, sometimes a lot of money — and in the end,learners emerge no more competent, confident, or autonomous.If you already have doubts about a training (or a project in progress), it's probably because there's a problem somewhere.

In most cases, the problem isn't a lack of content (quite the opposite!). It's that everything doesn't really hold together: unclear objectives, interesting but poorly targeted activities, disconnected assessments… This is quite common, and not always visible at first glance.

The key point is what is called **pedagogical alignment**: ensuring that objectives, methods, and assessments go in the same direction.

This is what I prioritize. I can get involved from the design of a project but also after a few sessions, or for a complete overhaul, for in-person and remote training.

I worked for 5 years with universities and in hospitals, on technical subjects, with subject matter experts. Their goal was to have more coherent and effective training.
