software: grid-operations engineer turned developer.
What I deliver:
• Distributed Python backends — FastAPI, asyncio, NATS JetStream / Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ Streams, PostgreSQL, Docker. SCADA integrations, real-time pipelines, event-driven microservices.
• MATLAB-to-Python ports — scientific and engineering algorithms moved to maintainable Python with unit tests and benchmarks. Done four times for stability-analysis algorithms
(~2,000 lines each), 2–4 weeks per port.
• Embedded BLE wearables — Nordic nRF52 + Zephyr RTOS via nRF Connect SDK, MCUboot secure OTA, custom Zephyr board definitions, BLE GATT services, KiCad PCB. I designed and shipped a product family of eight BLE instruments sold across the EU since 2022.
• Power-systems software — state estimation, power-flow solvers, stability calculations, MDP / transfer-limit computation. Rare hybrid: TSO/DSO domain expert + modern Python.
What sets me apart: full stack from PCB and firmware to cloud backend and applied ML. Long-term thinker — I build for maintainability, not for the demo. Comfortable working alone or leading a small team.
