With over 7 years of experience in accounting firms and auditing, I have carried out numerous audit and judicial expertise missions. My subsequent 2 years in a company as a Financial Director provided me with a complementary approach to accounting and finance professions, seen from the inside.

Originally specializing in companies in difficulty, I was trained to conduct comprehensive financial audits for presentation to the procedural bodies, who arbitrate potential company restructuring.

My main skills are:

- Construction of financial reporting: definition of key indicators, variance analysis (forecast vs. actual), cash flow management assistance, etc.

- Preparation of operating and cash flow forecasts;

- Exploitation of large volumes of data on Excel and creation of analysis tables;

- Contractual audit of the company's operations over the last few years;

- Investigation of management errors and preparation of reports for the courts (abuse of company assets, embezzlement, commingling of assets, etc.);

- Statutory audit (statutory auditor missions);

- Report writing.

Other missions can also be carried out:

- Various social and tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, DAS2, IFU, etc.);

- Preparation of annual accounts and tax returns;

- Preparation of annual legal documentation for the filing of annual accounts;

- Dissolution and liquidation formalities for companies with the Commercial Court Registry;
