Code the building blocks of the visual experience designed with all stakeholders so that the user can efficiently find what they are looking for. This involves using best practices, implementing accessibility rules to generate the cleanest and lightest possible code.

At a minimum with HTML and CSS. If it's absolutely unavoidable, a bit of Javascript. This is supplemented, or not, by tools such as a preprocessor (Sass), code versioning with Git, and others depending on the project's needs. I am a proponent of breaking down into components following the "atomic design" methodology for better maintainability and reusability.

I adapt to the project context, the idea being to exchange with developers.
