Task: Take over IT project management for DACH. The goal is to bring structure, coordination, and transparency to the existing international project environment.

Activities:

Establishment of the project structure, milestone planning, and establishment of decision-making and escalation paths in the international project environment.

Steering and synchronization of workstreams with local IT teams, international headquarters, and external implementation partners.

Creation of status reports, decision papers, and management presentations at C-level. KPI-based reporting on progress, risks, and budget.

Planning and management of the migration of existing processes and data into the L'Oréal SAP landscape.

Coordination with the central SAP team (Madrid, Spain)

Replacement and integration of various legacy applications (POS, CRM, E-Commerce) into the target architecture. Ensuring end-to-end data flows.

Definition of API contracts, interface specifications, and coordination with middleware components and external partners.

Definition of migration objects, data quality rules, and ownership. Planning and execution of data migration from legacy systems.

Establishment of support structures (L1/L2/L3), definition of escalation paths, and ensuring operational readiness.

Planning and management of UAT phases, key user coordination, defect management, and definition of acceptance criteria.

Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare. Readiness checks, cutover planning, coordination of Go-Live, and stabilization measures during the Hypercare phase.

Change Management: Accompanying organizational changes, change communication, and supporting user adoption.

Area of Responsibility / Responsibilities

Budget responsibility of 750,000 Euros

Development and maintenance of roadmap, milestone plan, RACI, and RAID log. Establishment of clear decision-making and communication channels.

Ongoing budget controlling with forecasts as well as capacity planning and allocation of project resources.

KPI-based reporting on schedule, budget, quality, and scope. Creation of management templates, minutes, and decision papers for steering committees.

Tailoring of work packages, prioritization by business value and risk. Sprint and wave planning in the stage-gate process.

Monitoring of risks and early warning indicators, measure control, and clear escalation paths.

Daily coordination of problem points across teams and suppliers, and consistent follow-up until resolution.

Fit-gap for O2C, P2P, R2R as well as warehouse and production against the D365 standard. Documentation and evaluation of deviations.

End-to-end data flows, API contracts, and versioning. Coordination with legacy systems and external partners.

Definition of migration objects, data quality rules, and ownership. Planning of cutover loads and establishment of stable maintenance processes.

Regular exchange with domain owners for the provision and quality assurance of master data.

Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of workshops. Impact analysis, change communication, and maintenance of the change log.

UAT planning, end-to-end scenarios, defect handling, and definition and proof of acceptance criteria.

Readiness checks, runbook creation, coordination of Go-Live, and stabilization measures in Hypercare.
