Having worked for several years as a professional chef, I have a very keen eye for detail on plates, food product staging, packshots, as well as recipe creation.
I was also a professional athlete (BMX) and produced several DVDs that were commercialized over 10 years ago. That's why I am currently updating my skills on video equipment and editing software.
