For over 34 years, I have worked in industrial environments where I have held positions related to production, quality, logistics, operational management, and documentary formalization.

I am involved in writing technical documentation, procedures, operating methods, or transmission materials, as well as analyzing field practices and structuring operational processes.

Over the years, I have observed that many organizations operate based on practices that have become "natural" for the teams, but are rarely formalized in a truly usable way. Some methods still rely on habits, human workarounds, or a few key individuals holding essential operational knowledge.

My work consists of understanding the actual field operations to identify friction points, critical dependencies, and organizational inconsistencies that could impact operational fluidity, knowledge transfer, or practice continuity.

I do not intervene to impose a standardized method, but to understand the one already in place, clarify what needs to be clarified, and formalize practices when necessary.
