As someone who strongly prioritises purpose and values, working with ethical organisations to help strengthen their brand has been something I'm hugely proud of. Plus, as the first employee, I have been instrumental in strategic business decisions, implementing processes that have helped the business grow into a leading player, managing new employees, aiding its journey to becoming a certified B Corp and wearing a whole host of hats from PR to HR.
