Over 10 years juggling between Digital and coaching, today I am a professional Coach, Trainer, and Consultant (#Slasher). Passionate about the challenges of tomorrow's professional world (and the day after tomorrow too 😉), I leverage my skills to advise, train, and support individuals, teams, and organizations in their adaptation to change, particularly in digital transformation contexts (AI for example) - but not only 😉

With an engineering degree and a professional Coach certification (RNCP level 7 - Master 2), I help my clients navigate between developing their hard skills & soft skills, (re)discover themselves, and achieve their goals while giving meaning back to their professional daily lives ✨ I integrate approaches based on psychometric tests, the DISC model 🔴🟡🔵🟢, and non-violent communication, among others. The idea is to ensure tailor-made support for each person and each context.

My journey has been spiced up by my travel experiences: university exchanges in the heart of Silicon Valley 🇺🇸, in Barcelona 🇪🇸, and a year-long immersion in Latin America 🇧🇷🇨🇱🇨🇴🇪🇨🇲🇽 – enough to cultivate an international vision and a strong taste for adventure (they say the best stories rarely follow plans 😆).
