• Event Marketing:KPI tracking and ROI reporting post-event to optimize future actions, with a focus on Demand Generation, continuous process improvement, and standardization.

Event Project Manager:

• Music & Live:4-day Sommer Jazz residency in Hammamet with 3 Tunisian artists and a German saxophonist, including a 3-concert tour (Goethe-Institut Garden, Habibi Club, Centre Culturel Liberté). Opening night of the Carthage Musical Days in partnership with German artist Kurt Laurenz Theinert.
• Cinema & Workshops:Regular programming of the FilmKlub (themed screening series). Film workshop on self-organization and self-production, in partnership with filmArche (Berlin), for independent Tunisian filmmakers, over 5 days at the Goethe-Institut Tunis.
• Visual Arts & Exhibitions:Manager for the 2021 and 2022 editions of the Tasawar curatorial program, including a hybrid international conference (SWANA region, speakers: Morehshin Allahyari, Adham Hafez, Reem Aljeally, Jessica El Mal) and a 4-day nighttime exhibition in the Medina of Tunis (Bir Lahjar). Photo exhibition "Corde Inconnu."
• Fashion & Sustainable Design:Co-design and production of the "Moodha Okhra" project with the association Pontalent, a program raising awareness about sustainable fashion and upcycling, combining workshops, training, and a collective exhibition of Tunisian designers.

Manager of Institutional Partnerships & Funding:

• Securing and activating partnerships with Tunisian ministries, embassies, European cooperation agencies, NGOs, and artistic organizations.
• Responding to international calls for projects (EU, foreign delegations). Grant management as a funding body, budget monitoring, and reporting to headquarters.
