Management Consulting: I have multi-disciplinary expertise in business analysis, process management, governance, and digitalization. I provide consulting on systems design: I concretize the problem/necessity in hand, design the solution, and elaborate the solution by providing a digitalization road map, and creating all necessary corporate mechanisms (committees, regulations, delegations, process charts, organization charts etc.).

IT Program/Project Management: I provide end-to-end IT program/project management services including stakeholder, shareholder, team, customer, vendor, budget, time, change management. I take any IT project from idea to analysis, design, use case, software development, backlog management, QA, transformation, migration, integration, and finally full implementation.

Data Science and Machine Learning: I am a statistics major and currently doing PhD in business administration. My research area is machine learning applications in finance. I have a broad understanding of data and capability to apply/provide consulting on all kinds of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, including deep learning.
