As part of this project, I designed and integrated a document approval system directly into a SharePoint list using JSON.

The objective was to simplify the document validation process (e.g., CVs) by providing a user-friendly interface with checkboxes and action buttons (Approve / Reject).

Specifically, I:

Developed a custom JSON format to dynamically display buttons as long as the item is in Pending status.

Implemented automatic updates to the ItemStatus field (Pending / Approved / Rejected).

Configured the ApprovalActionBy field to automatically record the user who performed the action.

Customized the display to show a clear message when the item is already approved or rejected.

Result: the client now has a smooth, visually integrated approval system within SharePoint, without needing heavy development or external tools.

Throughout October and November, I provided comprehensive and operational training for the Department of Oise, covering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Copilot, as well as Scrum, Kanban, and 5S methodologies. This mission aimed to accelerate digital transformation, standardize collaborative practices, and strengthen project management within 123 different public service professions.

Advanced training on Microsoft Teams to structure collaboration, centralize communication, and optimize workspaces.

Deployment of professional uses of Microsoft Planner to organize tasks, visualize projects, and improve operational workflows.

Practical application of Microsoft Copilot to automate repetitive tasks, speed up writing, and optimize individual and collective efficiency.

In-depth training on the Scrum methodology to frame projects, organize sprints, structure rituals, and clarify roles.

Complete teaching of the Kanban methodology to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve visibility on task progress.

Integration of the 5S methodology to optimize daily organization, standardization, and work quality.

Practical workshops tailored to each profession, enabling immediate adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and agile methods.

Implementation of templates, procedures, and best practices directly reusable by the teams of the Department of Oise.

Measurable results in the adoption of Microsoft Teams and Planner, project structuring, and overall improvement of inter-departmental coordination.

Complete program delivered over two months, covering 123 professions trained in Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Copilot, Scrum, Kanban, and 5S.
