In an agile and highly innovative environment. I contributed to the "from scratch" implementation of the MDAFIN project (Mandataire Financier), aimed at industrializing the financing of ecological renovation work subsidized by the State through its ANAH agency.

This system is part of a complex ecosystem involving multiple stakeholders (ANAH, One-Stop Shops, MAR, artisans, and beneficiaries) with highly interconnected business and financial flows.

Participation in the iREF project, which aims to establish a unique data repository for suppliers, purchasing centers, and G6 member countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania). Compliant with GS1 standards, this repository allows non-GS1 suppliers to manually enter their product data, Eureca agents (Purchasing Center) to pre-select and enrich product sheets (RefBem/GPC categorization, price, status...), and then submit the products to countries for validation.

I act as a Business Analyst at the interface between the integration team (Syndigo), business departments, and partner teams, and as a referent for users and applications connected to iREF (datapool, Indep, Portal, IMT, MDC Food/Non Food).

Evolution as a TPM for the Oney Plus mobile application, offering a payment account and, more importantly, the ability to split all banking transactions (subject to eligibility) afterward. Within a team composed of a technical architect, a scoping architect, a PO and QA per domain (profile, CREDIT, payment, notifications...), and 4 developers per domain, each TPM in their domain acts as the interface between the business (via PO) and the development team.
