Dennis Kulla

My professional experience spans 15 years as a financial accountant in a company, during which I developed into the Head of Financial Accounting. There, I was responsible for five employees, both disciplinarily and technically. During my subsequent employment, I took every opportunity to further develop myself and increase my efficiency. My passion is optimizing processes and accelerating workflows.

In my previous professional activities, I was entrusted with the tasks of an industrial clerk at TOTAL Deutschland GmbH Mineralölkonzern and, specifically in the past 14 years, with financial accounting. In this process, I specialized in financial accounting with DATEV.

In 2013, I completed my distance learning studies in Controlling with an excellent result. This allowed me to offer the company many advantages of precise key figure analysis as well as cost and performance accounting.

I advise companies on optimizing their financial accounting processes. The consulting takes place after intensive interim financial accounting. I take care of the financial accounting, and during this time, I look for opportunities for improvements that involve cost reduction. My motivation is to show you possibilities for optimization and to identify weaknesses in order to save you significant monetary resources in the long term.

So far, in my professional career, I have succeeded, among other things, in achieving a 50% reduction in personnel expenses in a medium-sized company:
