Complete implementation of Power BI within a company starting from scratch on modern BI.

I act as the Power BI referent to structure the entire decision-making process: Power BI implementation, analysis of the existing situation, understanding of business processes, mapping of data sources, definition of the first key indicators, and design of associated Power BI reports.

The mission is to lay a solid foundation to enable the company to move from manual or dispersed reporting to a clear, reliable, and scalable BI solution.

Participation in a strategic project for operational and financial management of an investment fund.

The objective was to design a Power BI report to track the receivables composing the portfolio, with analytical views tailored to the needs of the business and finance teams.

I supported the teams from understanding the need to delivering an interactive report, bringing both technical Power BI expertise and a business-oriented approach.

Intervention as a Power BI Expert on high-visibility decision-making projects, particularly concerning the creation and industrialization of reports for the BPCE network's banking partners within a premium capacity.

I managed the design of about twenty Power BI reports, from needs gathering, design, and development to their distribution on Power BI Service. The mission also included the evolutionary maintenance of existing reports, the implementation of data models, the development of DAX indicators, and user support.
