Assisted an industrial group in analyzing its training practices, identifying business and HR needs, and defining specifications for selecting an LMS. The project included a review of the use of AI for structuring, producing, and disseminating internal expertise.

I assisted La Colline in launching its new LMS platform, which included an AI component and adaptive learning features. My role covered the design and production of dedicated pedagogical content, as well as training the platform's AI on the company's specific knowledge and values. The objective was to ensure that each learner received a digital tutor that was not only relevant and personalized but also faithful to the brand's identity and purpose, thereby enhancing the experience and engagement throughout their learning journey.
