End-to-end strategic guidance and operational execution for IT education institutions, with a focus on:

○ Academic System & EdTech Design: Designing the structural architecture of educational programs and integrating and administrating the EdTech systems (LMS) that support them.

○ Instructional Design & Curriculum Strategy: Creating relevant, industry-aligned learning content and defining the pedagogical methods to deliver it effectively.

○ Academic Team Structuring: Defining core roles and training staff to transition from technical experts to effective educators.

○ Greenfield Campus Architecture: Managing the full lifecycle of new campus launches, from the idea to welcoming the first students.

○ Network Expansion & Distributed Operations: Transitioning institutions from single-site operations to distributed networks using scalable protocols and standardized governance.

○ Strategic Launch & Infrastructure Development: Entrusted with the greenfield setup of the Dutch 42 campus. Oversaw the architectural fit-out and operational design of a 2,000m² facility (240 workstations), creating a high-performance learning environment from an empty shell.

○ Executive Leadership: Controlled a €2M+ annual operating budget and led the recruitment and management of the core staff team. Reported directly to the Board, ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence.

○ Recruitment & Scale: Orchestrated a nationwide marketing and recruitment campaign that attracted thousands of applicants, resulting in a highly selective inaugural intake of 360 enrolled students (3 cohorts of 120).

○ Brand Ambassadorship & Stakeholder Management: Served as the primary spokesperson and face of the organization. Delivered the TEDx talk "Codam, a newway of learning," advocating for the school's mission of accessibility, peer-to-peer learning, and diversity in tech.

○ Global Network Relations: Acted as the strategic liaison between Codam and the global 42 network, contributing to curriculum improvements and ensuring the Dutch campus maintained the highest pedagogical standards and acted as a beacon for new campuses.

○ Founding Education Strategy & Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning: Co-architected the operational and pedagogical structure of 42's famous Peer-to-Peer learning model. Transitioned from the initial founding team to a leadership role in the education team, defining the academic standards that would become the school's global signature.

○ Global Scaling & International Rollout: Spearheaded the on-the-ground launch of new franchised campuses in Eastern Europe (Cluj, Chisinau, Bucharest, Kyiv), training local staff and ensuring the integrity of the curriculum. Provided senior advisory for further launches in Johannesburg, Brussels, Helsinki, and Amsterdam.

○ High-Volume Academic Operations: Directed the iconic "Selection Piscines" (intensive 4-week selection periods), processing 2,400+ candidates annually (3 groups of ~800). Managed the end-to-end selection pipeline, from initial instructional design to final admission.

○ Instructional Design & Student Success: Led a team of 4-5 Education Specialists to continuously refine the project-based curriculum and its integration in our LMS. Oversaw the academic trajectory of the student body, managing discipline, guidance, and retention strategies for a rapidly growing diverse cohort.
