• Conducting HSE audits and diagnostics to identify risks and propose appropriate solutions.

• Design and delivery of customized training (initial and continuing education) to raise awareness and train employees.

• Supporting companies in complying with current regulations and in their professional risk prevention initiatives.

• Risk Assessment: Analysis, update, and writing of action plans (DUERP), safety instructions, procedures.

• Coordination: Site companies and subcontractors (Prevention Plan, Loading/Unloading Protocol...).

• Supporting Management: Implementation of new projects, participation in the CSE, deployment of group policy.

• Organization and Facilitation: Safety training and themed weeks (health and safety, sustainable development, QWL, mental health, disability).

• Facilitation of the QWL Commission and Steering Committee: Creation and monitoring of the associated action plan.

• Organization and monitoring of Psychosocial Risks (active and departure plan): search for service providers, implementation of the support plan (primary/secondary and tertiary prevention), assessment of RPS (before and after the initiative).

• Workshop Management: maintenance and transformation work, purchase of equipment and consumables, regulatory checks of equipment, monitoring of equipment maintenance.

• Preparation and assistance: Safety commissions for public access buildings (ERP) for the sites.

• Study and improvement: site accessibility within the framework of the disability law for ERP (accessibility diagnosis, Adap...). Disability Referent: Collection and implementation of needs.

• Intervention and support: Site management committees of the Campus France network on safety actions (major works planning, events) and environment (waste management, biodiversity, consumption monitoring).

Facilitation of apprenticeship and continuing education courses aimed at training in vehicle maintenance and Health & Safety, environment prevention.

• Choice of pedagogical tools to improve the quality of training delivery and content transmission.

• Creation of educational materials.

• Implementation of positive group dynamics (encouraging everyone to participate and ensuring overall group understanding).

• Development of training programs and training management.
