With over 25 years of experience in an industrial environment — site management, production management, team management, and practical quality approaches — I am not a consultant from a firm. I understand the reality of the workshop floor, the constraints of tight schedules, and the limited resources of small structures.

What I do specifically:

— ISO 9001 Diagnosis: complete assessment, identification of gaps, detailed report, and prioritized roadmap

— Certification Support: QMS development, drafting all documentation, team training, audit preparation

— Maintenance & Monitoring: annual follow-up, preparation for surveillance audits, document updates

— Supplier Audits: on-site evaluation of subcontractors, technical analysis, identification of strengths and weaknesses, detailed report and action plan

— Machining Workshop Technical Analysis: process expertise, non-conformities, continuous improvement

My approach:

I visit your company 1 to 2 days per month. Each deliverable is operational, written for your teams — not for a shelf. I adapt to your pace and your resources.
