As Global Head of Procurement Transformation, I lead the end-to-end evolution of the procurement function to deliver the ambitions of the Focus 27 plan. My mission is to turn procurement into a strategic growth enabler by combining operational excellence, digital innovation, and human empowerment.

I manage a team of 12+ professionals across multiple regions, driving performance through clarity, accountability, and impact. Together, we deploy best-in-class practices, implement category strategies, and standardize processes to ensure full alignment with business priorities and governance.

My focus is on achieving sustainable savings, improving supplier performance, and ensuring contract compliance across all spend categories. Through data-driven insights, automation, and AI-based tools, I strengthen decision-making, enhance visibility, and accelerate execution.

A key part of my mission is to develop the next generation of buyers empowered by AI, professionals capable of leveraging digital copilots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to unlock new levels of efficiency and strategic impact.

I promote close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, driving cross-functional value creation and continuous improvement. By embedding innovation, sustainability, and technology into our DNA, I ensure procurement remains a high-performing, future-ready organization that fully supports the objectives of the Focus 27 plan.

Governance: Developed and deployed a Global Playbook for Professional Services, partnering with Finance and Policy teams to standardize processes, reinforce governance, and ensure global compliance.

Leadership: Led a cross-functional team of 10, securing €558M in managed spend and building a $120M tender pipeline for 2025, driving measurable value and alignment with strategic objectives.

Innovation: Introduced AI-powered tools to streamline Scope of Work creation and vendor negotiations, boosting efficiency, consistency, and empowering procurement teams to focus on high-value activities.

Risk Management: Proactively identified and mitigated procurement risks, ensuring operational continuity, cost control, and adherence to global standards.

Stakeholder Engagement: Hosted strategic vendor and internal summits to align priorities, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate delivery of Focus 27 transformation goals.

Responsible for EU Category Recycling & Equipment (60M€ spend and 30M€ Revenues, 27 projects, saved 20.58€ in 2022-2024, 10-15% yoy). Governance: Worked with Stakeholders to establish RACI for Waste Recycling (Sustainability, Environment, Operations) Compliance: Built/Reworked/ Deployed Global Contractual Framework for Waste Management (Contractual Compliance 100% MSA/WO in EU) to ensure compliance with EU Recycling Framework and Extended Producer Responsibility. Control: Developed Global standard costing template and vendor data collection displayed into an executive dashboard. Developed 3-year strategy plan for Global Waste Management Category in collaboration with NA team. Integrated total cost of ownership (Quality, Efficiency, Costs, Reputational, Legal Risks management). Direct Vendor negotiations and risk mitigation (Dealt with 8 to 10 Simultaneous requests for costs increases). Organized Summits to build-up strategic partnership, defined vision and purpose with Stakeholders and Strategic Vendors for the Category (30 participants).
