Context: Within the SSI sub-directorate of the DGFIP responsible for studies and developments, I am in charge of the Technical Management and Project Management of application deployment projects for: Accounting – Expenses - Means of Payment and Banking Activities of the State. Cross-functional projects impacting various actors throughout France Achievements:

• Feasibility study of the needs expressed by the MOA

• Estimation of costs, durations and risks

• Collection of Inputs related to each Task

• Implementation of the various application hosting platforms via FIDD

• Study of the CAI: Computer Architecture Committee

• Implementation of the backup strategy: Expressions of Needs for Backup

• Development of the Supervision strategy: PSN (end to end), SINAPS (Infra)

• Definition of the scheduling strategy: VTOM, CRON

• Implementation of the Service Contract for data exchange (CFT – ATLAS - STF)

• Development of the Flow Matrix, flow testing

• Planning of acceptance test schedules to be carried out by the MOA

• Monitoring of bug reports and their correction in IA

• Reception and packaging of Technical and Application DEXs

• Writing BLs

• Monitoring and analysis of deployment logs

• Organization and monitoring of the CSOT: Technical Operational Monitoring Committee in order to remove Technical blockages
