I just finished a year at Matrix Requirements as Lead Design System & Product Designer, leading the complete visual redesign of their product on a Shadcn-based UI kit.
Before that, 4 years at Michelin — first as Lead Designer on B2B websites, then on the group's multi-brand Design System, built from scratch and rolled out across all design teams.
Earlier: Lead UI at Kardinal on a logistics SaaS, and 2 years at ACCOR's internal digital studio.
