    After a massive pivot in 2024, we are back to early-stage with this project

    Background:
    - Built bicycle apps as a service provider
    - Recognized a common problem for bicycle manufacturers
    - Platform pitch to manufacturers -> economically very difficult situation in 2024 led to pilot customers dropping out
    - Pivot based on realization: We need to talk to the bicycle dealer, not the manufacturer
    - Current situation: Exploring the best go-to-market strategy

    Broccoli "was" the attempt to knock Hello Fresh off the throne of meal kit providers :)

    After over 8,500 meals shipped, the venture was terminated.

    Note: The app worked great. The setup of a food supply chain + B2C marketing, not :)

    To the deployed prototype in a 5-day hackathon. To the first shipped meal kit after 2 weeks.
