Daily labor advisory to management and technical staff on matters of permits, leaves, vacations, special situations, and applicable regulations.

Drafting and implementation of a permits and leaves manual, adapted to the company's reality and aligned with the current legal framework.

Active collaboration in collective bargaining with union representation, participating in dialogue with social agents and in the development of internal regulatory proposals.

Technical support in the implementation of a shift management system, with an organizational and regulatory compliance perspective.

Analysis and interpretation of collective agreements, accords, and administrative resolutions.

Coordination of the various hospital and outpatient billing teams in all health areas of the autonomous community.

Participation as a key functional member in the SAP system improvement project for automated healthcare billing management.

Supervision and monitoring of third-party billing, including:

Foreign citizens without the right to free healthcare.

Private insurers (traffic accidents, labor mutual insurance companies, etc.).

Entities and organizations with specific healthcare coverage agreements.

This position allowed me to delve into the legal and administrative framework of the right to healthcare in Spain, as well as in managing revenue from care provided outside the coverage of the National Health System.

I carried out my work in the healthcare billing department of the reference hospital in the Balearic Islands, within the public health system. During this period, I acquired a solid foundation in the regulations and procedures related to:

Billing for healthcare services to third parties (foreigners without coverage, insurers, mutual insurance companies, traffic accidents, etc.).

Review of clinical and administrative documentation to validate patient rights.

Coding of care processes and processing of billing files.

Use of hospital and billing management tools, including the initial versions of the SAP system in healthcare.

This position allowed me to gain valuable practical and technical experience, which I later applied in roles of greater responsibility within the Health Service itself.
