Citesia is an online real estate crowdfunding platform. On the frontend, their application was built with a slow, outdated one-page React app. For the Lasercats freelance team, I led the redesign of the site and then the application using Figma - Nextjs - Tailwindcss, and Cypress for testing.

Main tasks:

- Wireframing the new application on Figma. The goal was to create an application that adhered to good UX and UI principles. The challenge lay in the fact that real estate crowdfunding is a highly regulated activity. User journeys from registration, through offer consultation, to payment and repayment with interest are therefore quite long and complex. It involves subscriptions, attestation signings, document submissions, payment via various tools (notably Mangopay), viewing transfers, viewing information about the real estate property's lifecycle, etc. This new wireframe significantly reduced the number of interactions required from a user, improved conversion rates from the website, and made users' lives easier.

- Technical architecture/design of the application's requests. The previous application was built by another developer and lacked precise documentation. Before starting any development, it was necessary to identify all external API requests. After this reverse-engineering work, I produced API documentation via Postman and Notion, which guided the developers throughout the redesign.

- Architecture of a React component library specific to Citesia.

- Leading a team of three developers.

- Implementing good SEO practices on the public version of the site.

- Integrating the application with NextJS and Tailwindcss.

- Improving application speed with SWR technology, which enables API request caching.

- Setting up and writing end-to-end tests with the Cypress framework.

Splio uses several applications to manage its customer data, leads, and contracts. Some are very "oldschool" like Netsuite, others are more modern like Hubspot or Zendesk. The mission was to synchronize all data so that an update in one place would trigger changes in other applications/databases.

Main tasks:

- Synchronization of Netsuite and Hubspot. Querying information from the APIs of both apps, sorting and processing it, and triggering a service that updates information when there's a change on either side.

- Connecting Hubspot and Zendesk with PySync, a no-code tool.

- Creating a monitoring app to identify when updates failed and in what context.

Creation of a landing page to promote the documentary "Imagine demain on gagne".

Main task:

- Wireframing and design of the site.

- Setting up the static site with Gatsby.

- Implementing SEO best practices.

- Integrating the design with TailwindCSS.

- Training teams for content editing in Markdown.
