Intervention on a critical internal platform dedicated to aircraft delivery planning and supervision of manufacturing lines (FAL).

Strategic application used in an industrial environment with high performance and reliability requirements.

Team:

Indo-French team of about 10 developers:

• 7 developers

• 2 tech leads

• 1 PO / 1 proxy PO

• 1 PM

• 1 Scrum Master

• 2 BAs

• 1 project manager

As Tech Lead, I was the Angular / Node.js technical reference for the team.

My responsibilities:

• Definition and evolution of the application architecture

• Supervision and distribution of technical work

• Code review and quality assurance

• Mentoring and skill development of developers

• Active contribution to front-end and back-end development

• CI/CD maintenance and optimization (Jenkins)

• Architectural decision: validation of the return to a monolith (abandonment of a pseudo microservices architecture based on Seneca) to reduce unnecessary complexity in a single-server deployment context.

Results:

• Migration Angular 16 → 20 deployed

• Initial load time reduced from 10s to <1s

• Average memory consumption reduced from 1.5 GB to 400 MB

• ~1250 Sonar issues addressed out of ~1300 (≈96%)

• Overall stabilization and significant improvement in maintainability

Context:

Involvement within a publisher of genomic data analysis solutions (oncology and rare diseases), used by university hospitals and laboratories internationally.

Participation in the development of a new analysis workset (methylation) integrated into the SaaS platform.

As a Fullstack Developer, my role:

• Development of the new analysis workset with Angular

• Development and maintenance of a Node.js CRUD backend

• Translation of bioinformatics needs into actionable technical solutions

• Technical framing and task estimation

• Structuring and evolution of the Design System

• Unit test execution (Karma)

Results:

• Deployment of a new analysis module (methylation)

• Transition to a structured Design System

• Improvement of UI consistency and maintainability

• Strengthening of front-end / back-end exchange stability

As a Fullstack Developer, my role:

• Design and development of a cross-functional Angular library (services, guards, directives, components, utilities)

• Implementation of dynamic implementations via providers

• Creation of approximately 20 shared components

• Participation in technical scoping of requirements

• Participation in 3 Angular version upgrades (16 → 19)

• Design of a test framework agnostic E2E (Playwright, Cypress, Browserstack)

• Contribution to the implementation of the Design System

Results:

• Library adopted by ~12 internal projects

• Harmonization of front-end practices

• Accelerated integration of cross-functional features

• Reduction of code duplication

• Stabilization of Angular version upgrades
