Commissioned by the group's management, I led the complete diagnosis of the information system for the sports division (Racer, Cébé, Fight Art). This work allowed us to map business applications, analyze infrastructures and data flows, and identify critical dependencies.
From this assessment, I defined a target IS model replicable across the group, based on a modular and scalable architecture. This model is accompanied by a roadmap (SDSI) aligned with the business strategy and Private Equity objectives, integrating tool rationalization, IT asset valuation, and anticipation of future growth.
