Planning productions of perfumery and makeup giftsets (Burberry, Chloe, Hugo Boss, Gucci, etc). Managed by campaigns: Christmas and Spring. Coordination of two Third-Party Manufactures and risk management (capacity, components, quality issues...). Coordination of SF and components (5 factories + 5 suppliers) with deliveries to TPMs. Short/medium/long term risk management with root cause analysis and corrective actions for continuous improvement (SF OTIF). Monitoring of KPIs (Fill Rate, OTIF, VAR) with root cause analysis and action plan. Standardization and loss elimination projects across both divisions. Implementation of GRUT, MROB and IDep tool in the Giftsets team. Managing all SF scope during Giftsets Monaco transition (from 2 to 8 TPMs) and onboarding to newcomers.
