Context: one-day professional trade show in Paris - 1000 people
Clément was responsible for the "visitor experience" department. He single-handedly managed the coordination of 18 hostesses to ensure that reception, conference room management, and cloakrooms were seamless and offered the best possible experience to the event's visitors.
