    ❋ Illustration of6 pathological skin cross-sections(acne, hyperpigmentation, scarring, irritation, atopy with neurotransmitters, hyperkeratosis).

    The brandoutsourcespart of its internal graphic tasks to me regularly (FR/EN):

    Print support**: updating **various printed materials(product brochures, doctor leaflets, range catalogs...).

    Digital support**: creation of **various digital visualsfor their product pages (AC Control, DA Protect, Cica+, UH, Mela).

    The challenge?
    ◬ The brand already had a base of illustrations, but it was incomplete.
    ◬ Marketing teams had to use other visuals as supplements.
    ◬ Their materials severely lacked graphic consistency.

    The results?
    ⦿ **Graphic consistency**: the illustrations created in the brand's style perfectly fit internal and external presentations.

    ⦿ **Modularity**: the cross-section was custom-designed, allowing the marketing team to add or remove elements as needed.

    The "Customer Experience Training" team at Clarins hired me to raise awareness among their beauty advisors about different types of disabilities.

    Projects?
    ❋ Creation of3 awareness infographics(auditory, visual, and motor) on in-store customer care for people with disabilities.

    Each sheet includes: a definition with statistics, an objective, concrete examples, and "do and don't" advice.

    These visuals were designed in portrait format for training.

    The challenge?
    ◬ The team needed editable texts for internal translation. I therefore created the visual in Illustrator and implemented it in PowerPoint for digital training.

    The results?
    ⦿ **Pedagogy**: These engaging infographics help advisors understand different types of disabilities to better welcome customers.
    ⦿ **Inclusivity**: By improving their skills, advisors offer a better welcoming experience where customers are respected and supported.
