At WeShareTrust, I was hired as a freelance Product Designer to support the internal team in designing the MVP of a review moderation software.

Mission

- User research & analysis: I conducted user needs analysis through brainstorming workshops with users and developers, in collaboration with the Product Manager; defined personas and user stories to support a user-centred approach.

- Product definition & information architecture: I contributed to feature specification and benchmarking of competing B2B SaaS solutions; designed user flows, key use cases and low- to mid-fidelity wireframes in Figma.

- UX design & prototyping: I created functional prototypes to validate user journeys and interactions; applied a user-centred design approach and wrote UX copy (labels, messages, guidance).

- Testing & iteration: I ran moderated user tests and usability tests (including A/B testing on critical flows) and iterated designs based on user feedback.

- UI & visual design: I designed a coherent B2B interface based on existing brand elements; defined layouts, navigation, iconography, component states and micro-interactions.

- Design system & deliverables: I built and maintained a scalable design system (components, variants, tokens, UI kit and documentation); delivered high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes and UI specifications for development.
