I started as an HR Assistant, then became an HR Officer, and finally Head of Payroll and Staff Administration within a company that I saw grow from 350 to 1700 employees. I stayed there for 14 years.

I then felt the need to discover a new environment, so I started as Head of Payroll and Staff Administration in January 2026 in a metallurgy company.

Above all, I want to share my knowledge in Excel and Power Query, and help you with your HR databases. I don't know VBA or Macro at all, a language that is much too complex for me and too difficult to explain and use on a daily basis ;) my goal being to make your use of Excel or Power Query as easy as possible! I can provide you with tools and/or help you create dashboards, especially in HR.

I trained my teams a lot on Excel and Power Query because I loved sharing my knowledge in this area.

I have done a lot of self-training and also used my CPF (Personal Training Account) to create dashboards and make the best use of Power Query. Power Query is a little-known tool in Excel that can greatly facilitate work!

And if needed, I can also help you with payroll and all types of administrative assistance.

I am new here, I am trying this adventure, I will try to help you as best as I can with your request.

I also have some knowledge of Power BI.

On Excel, I have 844/1000 in TOSA - advanced level.
