Independent Industry 4.0 expert, I help my clients achieve operational excellence and sustainable transformation by leveraging the power of Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics, for both existing factories and the design of new ones. With over 10 years of experience in industrial transformation projects, I have developed a deep understanding of the business, technological, and human aspects of digital transformation and the industrialization of new applications, particularly operational AI.

My mission is to collaborate with field stakeholders and co-create solutions that address their specific challenges and opportunities. I have successfully led numerous Industry 4.0 projects for factories in various sectors, improving performance, quality, and agility. I use proven methods in process modeling (BPMN, Makigami), co-creation and problem-solving (Design Thinking, A3), and change management (Efeso adoption model, ADKAR). I have also developed some tools (opportunity matrices, Industry 4.0 map) and vibe-code (AI code generation) examples to support the realization of ideas.

I am passionate about guiding organizations towards a higher level of excellence by optimally using digital tools with the involvement and motivation of employees. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise as a trainer and mentor.
