The leaders of industrial SMEs who contact me generally don't have a one-off problem to solve. They have an organization that works, but it costs them too much in steering energy. Too many decisions go up to them. Priorities pile up without being resolved. Teams expect arbitration instead of preparing it.
My job is to provide sustainable support to the leader in this arbitration work. Not to replace a manager, not as a consultant who produces a report and leaves. I am regularly present with the leader, over the long term, building knowledge of the company month after month.
