Project and team leadership have been my core business for over 16 years. I have a long corporate career in the banking and insurance environment behind me, during which I conceptualized and implemented various projects classically, hybrid, or agilely.
During this time, as a certified project manager and LEAN SixSigma Black-Belt process expert, I have gained a great deal of experience in the most diverse team and process projects and can therefore apply goal-oriented methods situationally and customer-centrically.
The necessary skills for project success (structured approach with project management skills such as planning, request, change & risk management) are a matter of course for me and are part of daily business. It is of essential importance to me to connect with all involved stakeholders (management AND employees) and to work together on project challenges in individual discussions or team workshops.
