Translating creative concepts into tangible decor: Understanding the creative intent and translating it into concrete decor elements, taking feasibility constraints into account.

Bidding and supplier management: Launching tenders with multiple suppliers (at least 3) and managing relationships with them.

Checking technical drawings and launching prototypes: Reviewing technical drawings before launching prototype production, challenging supplier techniques and materials.

Supervising local production (Asia, EMEA, LATAM): Supporting and supervising local production, particularly in Asia, EMEA, and LATAM.

Creating instructions for product assembly: Developing detailed instructions for product setup and assembly.

Organizing and participating in video tutorials: Organizing and participating in the creation of video tutorials for training and sharing best practices.

Since January, I have been freelancing for various clients, including Cartier part-time. Here are the key missions:

- Creation of guidelines for the markets

- Relations with different teams (marketing, purchasing)

- Project monitoring

- Benchmarking of best practices

-Project management and relations with international markets

-Participation in the creation of podiums, pop-ups, corners, and temporary gondolas

-Development of Point of Sale (POS) displays with the creative and marketing teams.

-Creation of VM Guidelines for the markets

-Adaptation of design concepts to different markets and proposal of optimizations

-Realization of micro-zoning (highlighting the brand's iconic products)

-Writing reports at the end of each promotion

-Competitive intelligence and benchmarking on VM tools

-Organization of photo shoots (packaging, testers, POS displays)
