    Context –This project was entrusted to me with almost carte blanche: in a few months, I had to conceive and organize an event in a select venue in Bordeaux, bringing together several generations for a unifying moment.

    One of the major challenges was the search for and follow-up of financial partners to contribute to the event's funding, while ensuring a high-end and coherent experience.

    Venues & Logistics:benchmarking and site visits, contracting, catering organization, badge management for speakers and guests.

    Invitations & Public Relations:development of personalized mailing for each advisor, creation of a newsletter, weekly follow-up with phone calls, journalist invitations.

    Partnerships:follow-up of financial partners, regular follow-ups: objective achieved.

    Service Providers:search and selection of a photographer and videographer. Management and coordination between all service providers (hotel caterer, Widoowin staff, etc.).

    Goodies:sourcing and selection of promotional items consistent with the event's identity.

    Conference & Speakers:search for a speaker and organization of the conference: selection of Luc Ferry who spoke on the future of AI.

    Communication:creation of the event's identity and storytelling, design of visual presentation materials, choice of an identity music to set the pace for key moments. Post-event: editorial calendar around the event's highlights.

    Operational Management, D-Day:guest reception and support, team and conference logistics coordination.

    Impact Evaluation:complete reporting including statistical analysis and summary of testimonials to identify event outcomes.

    Context –
    In co-creation, we designed a solidarity event in collaboration with the Caramel association, which supports diabetic children, to donate all collected funds to them.

    Communication:design and dissemination of content highlighting the behind-the-scenes creation of the event.

    Logistics:venue search and selection (Brasserie Boss – Bourges), coordination with service providers (benchmarking, negotiation, drafting and monitoring of contracts).

    Artistic Programming:selection of a rock band and a DJ set.

    Partnerships:negotiation of financial and material donations from local and national players (EDF, Maif, Carrefour, Cash Express, Crédit Agricole, …). The first donations financed the event, then the surplus (€3000) was donated to the association.

    Events and Animation:organization of parallel fundraising events (bi-monthly pastry sales, stable day for children), scenography and operational coordination the day before and on the day.

    Team Management and Production:supervision of artists (catering, technical logistics), coordination of volunteers and follow-up of service providers.
