HR Consultant, I support companies in their recruitment and human resources management challenges. With around twenty years of experience in this field, working with operational directors and managers, I now work with companies to pragmatically and kindly help them to:

• recruit and integrate their new employees,

• improve and secure their HR practices

• enhance their employer brand

I can take charge of some of your HR processes, for a few hours or days per week or month, either on-site or remotely.

I also support candidates in their professional development and mobility projects.

For recruitment activities, I am a member of the Mercato de l’Emploi network, which allows me to leverage a collective of experts and high-performance tools to identify talent.

📍 Based in Brittany – I operate mainly in Côtes-d’Armor and neighboring departments.

Regional HR Manager (1000 employees)

• - Member of the Management Committee

• - HR Consulting for operational directors and line managers

• - Implementation of the Group's HR policy (Compensation, Talent Review, Comp&Ben...)

• - Facilitating social dialogue with the Regional VP (preparation and facilitation of CSEE Brittany meetings)

• - Handling disciplinary cases

• - Workforce planning and management

• - Reporting on regional activity to the National HR Director

-Supporting the strong development of the Business Unit (recruitment, integration, team organization and structuring)

-Deployment of Saur and Nijhuis Group HR policies (in functional liaison with the Nijhuis HR Director in the Netherlands)
