    I am currently helping Ledger's teams to define and implement a CRO strategy to improve the overall user experience of the online shop and the companion app (Ledger Live)

    My responsibilities includes:
    - Creating and managing a CRO squad to involve the developer, design and UX research teams into the CRO projects
