I support pharmaceutical manufacturers in their projects for qualification, deployment, migration, and adoption of complex industrial systems.

My field experience has led me to work in critical environments requiring rapid problem understanding, strong adaptability, and collaboration with diverse teams: production, quality, maintenance, IT, and management.

I particularly enjoy assignments where the goal is to understand quickly, reassure, and transform complex technical systems into solutions that are truly understood, adopted, and performant.

My objective remains simple:

secure projects, facilitate their appropriation by teams, and help manufacturers succeed in their transformations.

Supporting dental practices in the installation, configuration, and adoption of imaging solutions (panoramic radiology, Cone Beam) and associated IT environments.

Main interventions:

✓ Installation and configuration of workstations, imaging equipment, and business software

✓ Migration of user environments (data, history, photos, software) to ensure business continuity during system changes

✓ Complete system configuration (Windows, software, peripherals) and equipment commissioning

✓ Training practitioners and assistants on equipment usage and good acquisition practices

✓ Remote technical support and on-site interventions in operational environments

✓ Hardware and software diagnostics with management of critical field situations

✓ Support for updates and evolutions of existing systems

✓ Interface with manufacturers and technical support

Additional contributions:

✓ Training new support staff on TRIOS solutions

✓ Creation of procedures to standardize equipment replacement and migration practices

✓ Optimization of an internal process through configuration of a tool simplifying expense report management and formalization of an associated procedure

Interventions at international pharmaceutical sites for the deployment, qualification, and evolution of critical industrial systems (serialization, aggregation, inspection).

Environments requiring rapid problem understanding, strong field adaptability, and the ability to support various stakeholders: production, quality, maintenance, IT, management, and integrators.

✓ Support for critical system migrations (including ADENTS → ATS)

Interventions carried out on approximately one hundred production lines and twenty European pharmaceutical sites.

Some notable experiences:

• Supporting former colleagues who became international referents, who then sought my support for complex remote issues in APAC environments.

• Resolving critical technical situations at international sites requiring rapid adaptation, pedagogical skills, and maintaining client relationships under pressure.

• Supporting projects where success depended as much on team understanding as on the technical performance of the systems.
