SaaS platform for managing home care nurses (IDEL). Full-stack development of a module covering session planning, regulated billing (NGAP), prescription, and patient monitoring, in an e-health environment subject to CPS/health card regulations.

● Implementation of a billing engine integrating grouping and pricing rules in accordance with health regulations (NGAP nomenclature)

● Management of the invoice lifecycle: automatic calculation of statements, status transitions, and generation of associated documents

● Design and development of an automated planning module: dynamic task assignment to caregivers based on their availability, slot and conflict management

● Migration of PostgreSQL data model (favorite doctors → organizational correspondents)

● Implementation of health business rules: management of long-term illnesses/exemptions in prescriptions, surcharges, NGAP nomenclature, service compatibility

● Development of React.js components for planning, prescription, and billing interfaces

● Writing N1QL queries (Couchbase) and PostgreSQL migration scripts (Flyway), performance optimization (Indexes)

● Unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito), code reviews, corrective and evolutionary maintenance

● Presentation of monthly demos of developments made during the sprint

As part of the standardization of their activities, the IT department of VEDIF has set up an architecture and automation unit. I am part of this team as a tech lead for application solutions. The goal is to design and implement the "PORTAIL" application which animates the IT department's life, notably through features such as communities, publications, wikis, etc.

I participated in the following tasks:

● Development of the specifications in collaboration with the team

● Proposal of a solution for the user action sequence process.

● Design and implementation of data models (MCD, MLD, MPD).

● Creation of the application's architectural structure (Back and Front).

● Creation of SQL scripts for new database tables

● Code review

● Performing unit tests on the developed functionalities using the Test-Driven Development (TDD) method.

● Writing technical documentation for new features.

● Integration of SSO login to the application.

● Security management for new features.

As a full-stack developer at Mobilier de France, I worked on the development of a 3D configurator in collaboration with Light And Shadows. I designed and implemented various web applications, including a sales application and an administration interface. I also developed a rule engine for product configuration, optimized the engine's response times, and created a product catalog. Additionally, I designed and developed a batch platform using Spring Batch and Rundeck, while performing extensive tests using the TDD method.
