Design and implementation of the security policy for the group and its subsidiaries, establishing uniform and sustainable standards. Elaboration of the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER), including the exhaustive identification of risks and the planning of mitigation strategies. Operational management of corrective actions and their monthly monitoring, guaranteeing continuous improvement and compliance with safety objectives.

Implementation of initiatives to achieve a positive EBITDA in the collection activity: intelligent planning tool to optimize routes, review of route schedules and budget optimization.

Management of technical and operational teams.

Operational supervision of the preventive and corrective maintenance activity of 66 metro trains and 6 different technologies). Guarantee the availability of trains for the network (safety and reliability).

Implementation of a comprehensive occupational safety system through the introduction of key safety indicators (previously non-existent) and an efficient incident notification and monitoring system.

Support for the metro modernization project: reception of new metro trains, reorganization of maintenance (team skills, staff allocation, transfer of activities between different depots), change management.

Head of the renovation project of the old metro trains. Relationship with suppliers and monitoring of deliveries. Supervision of the operational schedule and works. Responsible for internal and external communication of the project.

During the last 6 months, crisis management after the announcement of the site closure: training in communication and media, individualized support for the 120 team members, management of the transfer of employees to the industrial site in São Paulo and support for people in their transition to the labor market.
