As Senior Project Manager Operations, I am responsible for managing a large-scale international ERP program focused on the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across 7 countries and multiple business units. I lead a multidisciplinary team (25+ FTE) and am ultimately responsible for scope, planning, budget (>€1M), risks, and decision-making. I ensure alignment between business, IT/DevOps, and external implementation partners, and I monitor dependencies between Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and integrations. Additionally, I lead cut-over processes, go-lives, and stabilization phases, and I ensure operational continuity within production and supply chain environments. I facilitate decision-making at management and executive levels and ensure a controlled and successful transition to the new ERP landscape.

Responsible for the complete migration to Microsoft 365 and the implementation of a modern digital workplace for over 150 employees within Stichting MeerWaarde. I was responsible for preparing the project plan, execution, and managing stakeholders and suppliers. I ensured a smooth transition from the existing environment to the new digital workplace, including adoption and process setup. The project was successfully delivered within the set timelines and available budget, with minimal disruption to daily operations.

As Project Manager, I was responsible for initiating and realizing optimization trajectories within the operational organization of NS. I analyzed existing processes, identified structural bottlenecks, and translated data and customer needs into concrete improvement initiatives. I managed stakeholders and suppliers and ensured the implementation of improvements within operations. I achieved demonstrable improvements in efficiency, lead time, and quality, and guided teams in implementing changes.
