- Graphical improvement of the application's user interface (UI)

- Migration from Windev 14 to Windev 28

- Correction of migration-related bugs

- Corrective maintenance of historical incidents:

o Document import

o Locking of ongoing files

o User rights management

o Management of Outlook automation links (sending/importing emails, importing attachments, etc.)

- Performing tests for each correction made

- Deployment of the application on all user workstations

- Connection to the HFSQL data server and application configuration

Design and development of 2 applications to improve the operational processes of the Conciergerie (Needs analysis and technology selection).

o Development of the accounting module

o Development of the ESTIMATOR module for creating and managing owner quotes (request for property support) and tenant quotes (rental reservation)

o Development of a settings menu for properties, services, and options available for rent
