My perspective is based on experience as CEO, board member, investor, and advisor. This allows me to quickly understand the core of a situation, eliminate noise, and help make clear, actionable choices. My role is often that of a trusted advisor and sounding board for CEOs, but also hands-on when needed to translate strategy into concrete actions.

Typical assignments include strategic repositioning, improving profitability and cash flow, value creation plans, support during important transition periods, and interim executive roles. I primarily work with SMEs, scale-ups, and investor-driven companies that need senior strategic guidance without immediately hiring a full-time executive.

My approach is direct, pragmatic, and results-oriented. No theoretical models, but clear analysis, sharp priorities, and actionable solutions.
