- Reorganization of a small structure to evolve into an organization of +100 employees in the construction sector

- Deployment of AI (Artificial Intelligence) within the company (business opportunities, scenario definition, implementation of governance and enterprise-wide model)

- Drone missions (Photogrammetry, LIDAR, image acquisition, etc.)

- Mission data exploitation

Sanofi launched the CHLOE 2.0 Program with the aim of making the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit autonomous by anticipating the carve-out of this activity. This major M&A project in 2025 has a strong organizational, financial, industrial, and digital dimension in more than 20 countries.

Role on the project:

As Global PMO on the project, my role consisted of:

- Mobilizing business teams in all countries impacted by the S4 ERP clone

- Managing stakeholders from the Executive Leadership in the impacted countries

- Monitoring the progress of the IT project and reporting to Corporate Executive Leaders

- Organizing the user acceptance testing process globally

- Defining the hypercare organization for 24/7 operations

- Piloting the hypercare phase

Results Obtained:

- Go-Live within the planned deadlines to avoid impacting the Carve-Out operation

- Tests completed on time, managing interface delivery using agile methodology

- 1 Critical Incident during the entire hypercare period (>20 countries), with service interruption of less than 1 hour

- Satisfaction of all sponsors for the quality of the delivered project

As part of the CHLOE Project, Sanofi redefined the footprint of its Consumer Healthcare subsidiaries and equipped them with a set of core applications better suited to the size of the business, based on market-leading solutions.

Role and Contribution

As Enterprise Delivery Director, my role consisted of:

- Challenging and validating the IT strategy with the digital teams across all business functions

- Obtaining buy-in from all business functions (Production, Distribution, Quality, Finance, Sales, etc.) on the coverage of their needs by the chosen solutions

- Defining the deployment roadmap for the selected applications

- Obtaining roadmap validation from the sponsors

- Ensuring the mobilization of business teams in the countries to support the implementation of new models

- Monitoring and reporting progress to the sponsors

Key Results

- Deployment of over 20 applications in 50 countries across AMEA, EUROPE, LATAM, USA regions within deadlines

- Number of core applications reduced by 4
