The Orienta Program is a personalized professional orientation and job placement support service to improve employability and facilitate the integration of job seekers through employment orientation actions, knowledge of the productive environment, and labor market prospecting.
One of the main tasks is to improve the employability of the beneficiaries we serve and promote their integration into the world of work.

As a prospector, I am responsible for knowing and contacting the business community in my territory, with the aim of identifying the demands and interests of the labor market, and thus orienting, training, and integrating talent into sectors that generate economic activity and local development. Prospecting begins with researching companies in the territory and making initial contact, where the range of services offered by the ORIENTA Program is presented.

In this regard, it is important to know both the activity carried out by the employment service itself, and to have information on hiring, subsidies, or bonuses that may be associated, to explore how this entire catalog fits the company's needs.

Among the functions I perform, the most common is intermediation, which occurs when a company needs to hire staff and generates a job offer. In this case, the prospector is the one who manages the offer and selects participants, always in collaboration with the orientation team.
