The startup grew from 0 to 4 employees and from 0 to over 2,000 users during the assignment.

I led the complete overhaul of the platform, initially unstable, to transform it into a robust and scalable SaaS product.

My responsibilities:

- Application architecture overhaul and migration to a monorepo (Nx).
- Development of a graph-oriented mind map editor allowing legal writers to structure knowledge bases containing tens of thousands of documents.
- Implementation of the global legal argument search used by lawyers in the application.
- Porting of the application to Microsoft Office via Office-JS.
- Development of APIs, the dashboard, and new product features.
- UX/UI redesign and fixing of several dozen front-end bugs.
- Technical supervision of developers and participation in architectural decisions.
