Naturally curious, I enjoy implementing new processes and giving free rein to my creativity. My favorite professional experiences correspond to the creation of positions: business partner at Paco Rabanne Parfums, at the Management Control Department of Peugeot France, and in Social Management Control at the HR department of Peugeot SA.

Enthusiastic, I invest myself fully in my projects, which I carry out with pragmatism and perfectionism. I know how to adapt to new environments (ESN, selective perfumery, automotive, insurance, energy) and to the sometimes difficult circumstances of a company facing a real turnaround challenge.

I am very efficient because I am very organized and thoughtful. I work quickly with the constant concern to do well and to bring real added value to my internal or external clients.

I have over 20 years of experience in operational management control, including 4 in social management control, in the automotive industry within the PSA Group and at TotalEnergies.

I have a dual expertise:

- Financial performance management serving a business, whether in restructuring or development

- Management of personnel costs, payroll, and headcount
